About the Role

Our client, a highly respected global recruitment consultancy, is seeking an exceptional Remote Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead their finance practice. This pivotal role requires a leader with extensive experience in placing senior finance professionals, operating entirely remotely. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving strategic growth within the finance sector, and mentoring a remote team of specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior finance roles, including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Controllers.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions and corporations.
• Utilize advanced search methodologies to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates worldwide.
• Mentor and coach a team of remote finance recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Drive business development initiatives and achieve ambitious revenue targets for the finance practice.
• Provide expert market insights and strategic advice on financial talent trends and compensation strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus and proven success in executive finance recruitment.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing successful client relationships in the finance industry.
• Exceptional ability to source, assess, and engage with senior finance professionals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, ideally with experience leading remote teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Global market awareness and understanding of international finance recruitment dynamics.
