About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding global hospitality technology platform, is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Operations Lead to oversee and optimize their service delivery operations across various regions. This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage dispersed teams, implement efficient operational workflows, and ensure exceptional service quality for their diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team of operations specialists, ensuring productivity and high performance.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and best practices for service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure seamless coordination between different operational units and departments.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for operational initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for remote teams to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex operational issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a tech-enabled service industry or platform business.
• Proven experience leading and managing remote teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of operational process design, implementation, and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience with CRM and operations management software.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
