Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the validation and testing of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging electrical technologies and methodologies.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding technology roadmaps and product development.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics, Renewable Energy Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in electrical design and engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy systems.
• Proven track record of leading complex electrical design projects from concept to commercialization.
• Deep understanding of power conversion, grid integration, battery management systems, and energy storage technologies.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools, simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice), and project management platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at virtual collaboration and technical presentation.
• Experience in developing technical standards and best practices.
