Serve as the primary Operations Engineering interface in Hsinchu, Taiwan for all NPI programs.

Responsibilities Lead and scale a geographically distributed team of Supplier Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Quality Engineers, and Component Engineers across the United States, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Act as the primary liaison between Hsinchu-based Engineering and NPI teams and contract manufacturers/suppliers.
Proven track record of managing regional or global engineering teams. Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product introduction and ramp. Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) initiatives. Own end-to-end supplier quality management.
Establish and enforce robust component engineering practices. Oversee manufacturing quality performance across APAC DFM sites. Define and execute the APAC Operations Engineering strategy in alignment with global organizational objectives.
Requirements 10–15+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supplier Quality within the electronics, hardware, or data center industry. Demonstrated success in NPI execution and manufacturing ramp within APAC.
Strong domain expertise in Supplier Quality and Supplier Development, DFM and DFT, manufacturing processes (e.g., PCBA, system integration). Experience working with contract manufacturing models, including EMS, JDM, and ODM. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline). #J-18808-Ljbffr
