Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations for hair styling, cutting, and colouring.
• Provide expert advice on hair health, treatments, and product selection based on individual hair types and client goals.
• Develop personalized colour plans and provide detailed guidance on application techniques suitable for home execution or salon visits.
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and colour innovations globally.
• Create educational content, such as tutorials and style guides, for online publication.
• Maintain detailed digital client records, including before-and-after photos and treatment histories.
• Collaborate effectively with the remote team, including marketing and customer support.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and video calls.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate professional hair care products.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Hairdressing/Cosmetology.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Senior Hair Stylist, with specialized expertise in hair colouring.
• Demonstrated experience in providing remote or online consultations.
• Proven proficiency in a wide range of cutting and styling techniques for various hair types.
• Expertise in modern and traditional hair colouring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and corrective colour.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, capable of building rapport virtually.
• Strong understanding of hair science, product ingredients, and their effects.
• Ability to adapt advice for clients with varying levels of styling experience.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital communication platforms.
