Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of virtual wellness coaches, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and refine comprehensive wellness coaching programs covering areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging digital content and resources for clients.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the coaching team and individual coach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product development and technology teams to enhance the virtual coaching platform and user experience.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based wellness coaching services.
• Develop strategies to maximize client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in health, wellness, and digital coaching.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Health Coaching, Psychology, Nutrition, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC/MCC) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in wellness coaching, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering virtual wellness programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
