About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Civil Engineer with exceptional project management skills to join their entirely remote workforce. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of diverse civil engineering projects, from initial planning and conceptualization through to completion and handover, all managed from your home office. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing client relationships and project teams remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from initiation to closure.

• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

• Oversee design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Manage client communications and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.

Requirements

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management .

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for remote team management.

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
