Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join their dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote, full-time position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with design and web development teams.
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Stay abreast of latest trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in remote team.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing budgets and reporting on KPIs.
