Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure enterprise-wide IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems and networks.
• Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives and threat landscape.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews.
• Define security standards, policies, and guidelines for technology adoption and system development.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of advanced security technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operational teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the system lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security professionals.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, translating them into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a significant focus on security architecture and design.
• Proven experience designing secure architectures for complex IT and OT environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern security technologies (zero trust, microsegmentation).
• Expertise in risk assessment methodologies, threat intelligence, and incident response frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, cryptography, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, SABSA, or CISM are highly preferred.
