Lead the strategy and execution of recruiting across corporate, field, and distribution center operations. Build and develop a world-class TA function that blends human connection with AI-driven insights. Maximize the capabilities of Workday Recruiting and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping workforce strategies that support our continued growth and long-term success. Demonstrated success supporting both Corporate/exempt hiring and Field and distribution center/non-exempt hiring. Mandatory experience with Workday Recruiting.
Strong experience using recruiting metrics, analytics, and data to drive decisions. Experience implementing AI-enabled recruiting practices and technologies. Experience managing ATS platforms, vendors, and recruiting operations. Recruitment marketing and employer branding experience preferred.
Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and advanced formulas. Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
