Responsibilities Responsible for the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract signing Consultative selling — you understand your clients’ challenges and propose tailored solutions Professional product presentations — online and on-site for hoteliers and decision-makers Negotiation and closing — you conduct conversations confidently and with a results focus Team collaboration — close coordination with Marketing, SDRs and Customer Success Market monitoring — you stay on top of industry developments and identify trends and opportunities early Represent hotelkit at trade shows and industry events Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales within the hotel-tech industry Passion for digital solutions and the hospitality sector Existing network in the DACH region and/or the hotel industry in Northern Italy Strong communication and negotiation skills Structured, results-oriented and proactive work style Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy developing professionally and sharing knowledge within the team Fluent German, English and Italian; additional languages are a plus Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems Willingness to travel within your sales territory #J-18808-Ljbffr
