Responsibilities Strategic advice and support for leaders on all people‑related matters across the employee lifecycle Acting as a sparring partner on leadership, organization, performance, transformation, and change Co‑designing talent management, talent intelligence, skills management, and succession planning Contributing to strategic workforce planning and the development of future role and competency profiles Supporting AI transformation and digital change processes from a people perspective Using people analytics and data‑driven insights to derive concrete actions Recruiting and filling key and leadership positions Participating in innovative people projects with clear business impact Close collaboration with a professional and committed people team Requirements Several years of experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable strategic people role, ideally within a corporate environment Strong understanding of modern people practices, transformation, organization, and leadership Experience in talent management, succession planning, skills management, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics Interest in AI transformation and digital HR developments; practical experience with HR tools and AI‑supported applications Very good knowledge of Austrian labor law and HR processes across the employee lifecycle Strong knowledge of generative AI applications (MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Excellent German and English language skills High consulting competence, analytical thinking, and a confident presence with leaders and management Empathy, integrity, initiative, and a strong team‑oriented attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
