Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager (Anlagenbau) oversees and coordinates all technical and engineering aspects of factory projects.
This role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing every technical task to ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality throughout the project lifecycle, consistently delivering results on time. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects.
Monitor compliance with applicable practices, performance standards and specifications. Perform overall quality control of the work related to the assigned project(s) (budget, schedule, plans, contractors/project members performance) and report regularly on project status. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Interact daily with the clients (internal/external) to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Participate in assembly monitoring and plant commissioning. Create safety considerations and risk analyses. Execute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studies.
Manage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers. Requirements Completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar areas. Solid experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role.
