We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager who takes a leading role in the team managing key supervisory processes and projects in collaboration with the relevant internal stakeholders, including senior management.
Your main tasks and responsibilities Manage the relationship with FINMA together with the team and assume responsibility for supervisory requests, filings and regulatory reports. Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc interdisciplinary teams related to projects, transactions and situations with a supervisory dimension.
Do you want to be at the forefront of the relationship with our group-wide supervisor FINMA and cover the supervisory angle of everything that moves Swiss Re? In your role you will also analyze regulatory developments affecting Swiss Re's business and represent Swiss Re's interests towards regulatory expert groups and industry associations.
Lead the preparation of regulatory interactions such as the FINMA Supervisory College meetings, FINMA on‑site inspections, regular senior level meetings, and ad‑hoc exchanges. Contribute to and coordinate data calls, field testing exercises, or consultations.
Identify, assess and monitor key regulatory developments and risks; facilitate internal understanding of the impacts and subsequent preparation for upcoming regulatory requirements. Maintain close contact and cooperation with key internal stakeholders across Business Units, Finance, Legal
