Responsibilities You will independently take responsibility for filling various Dataciders vacancies – from junior to senior levels – directly contributing to the company’s success You will develop creative, target-group-specific recruiting strategies and implement them effectively across the entire recruitment process You will work closely with hiring managers, advising them as an equal partner and supporting them in making the right decisions for their teams You will respond agilely to changes in the labor market and actively shape recruiting activities, strategies, and measures You will design and implement employer branding initiatives independently (e.g., internal events, trade fairs) to sustainably strengthen our employer brand You will ensure an outstanding candidate experience and maintain oversight even when handling multiple vacancies in parallel Qualifications You have a degree in business administration, psychology, humanities, or a similar qualification You have approximately 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and employer branding – ideally covering the full process from job posting to onboarding You are proficient with the HR system Personio and preferably use Confluence for documentation and collaboration You demonstrate strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders You work in a highly structured and independent manner with a clear focus on results You bring a high level of initiative and responsibility and proactively drive topics forward You thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by growth, change, and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
