This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, seasoned and entrepreneurial global team with strong personal and professional development opportunities. /p pbTasks and Responsibilities /b /p ul liAccountable for driving a strategic and hands‑on distribution effort across our private markets solutions, focusing on EFG’s in‑house private markets program and product suite of perpetual/evergreen funds /li liStrategic partner to Client Relationship Officers (CROs), Investment Counsellors (ICs) and their clients to increase overall allocations to the asset class /li liResponsible for impactful and tailor‑made marketing content for in‑person and written presentations, both internally and for our global client base /li liFoster the ongoing development of our private markets franchise by identifying client demands and trends to shape our future product offering /li liDesign educational initiatives to drive asset‑class specific learning excellence and impact across various stakeholder groups within EFG /li /ul pbRequirements and Qualifications /b /p ul li5+ years working experience in distribution and/or sales within the private markets (including real estate) industry, preferably focused on private wealth clients /li liFor senior‑level role: 10+ years of relevant working experience required /li liAmbitious and self‑motivation personality with the ability to work in a target‑driven high‑performance culture while maintaining “down‑to‑earth” attitude /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with an enthusiastic, flexible and hands‑on approach /liliExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Italian (German beneficial) /li liMaster’s degree in Finance or similar and further professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) /li liAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful client‑facing marketing material /li /ul pbOur Values /b /p ul liAccountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement /li liHands‑on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high‑quality results /li liPassionate: Being committed and striving for excellence /li liSolution‑driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk‑aware mindset /li liPartnership‑oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork, working together with an entrepreneurial spirit /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr Our sustainable success is based on our talents and on how we partner with our clients and communities to create lasting value. /p pbJob Description /b /p pTo strengthen our growing private markets franchise, we are looking for a Swiss based (Senior) Private Markets Product Specialist. /p pWe are searching for a candidate who shares our enthusiasm for delivering a first‑class client experience through an engaging and proactive relationship approach.
