You will play a critical role in accelerating innovation pipelines, shortening time-to-market, and driving go-to-market readiness across global markets. /p pActing as a key connector across commercial, RD, operations, finance, and regional teams, you will ensure rapid cross-functional alignment and effective execution of strategic priorities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute a global portfolio strategy aligned with growth ambitions, consumer needs, and brand positioning /li liBuild, prioritize, and accelerate a high-impact innovation pipeline based on consumer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities /li liDrive excellence in portfolio and product management across the entire product lifecycle /li liAccelerate time-to-market and improve go-to-market readiness through effective prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment /li liLead portfolio optimization initiatives to maximize growth, profitability, and long-term value creation /li liConduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic investment decisions /li liEnsure global alignment across regions for product roadmaps, launches, commercialization plans, and execution priorities /li liDrive data-based decision-making through analytics, financial modelling, business cases, and performance tracking /li liDevelop and implement consumer-centric pricing and value proposition strategies in collaboration with commercial teams /li liFoster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization /li liLead, coach, and develop a high-performing global product management team /li liOversee the global category budget, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined investment allocation /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements /li /ul h3Experience Background /h3 ul li15+ years of experience in global marketing, portfolio management, or product management within international organizations /li liProven track record of leading global portfolios, accelerating innovation pipelines, and driving successful commercialization strategies /li liStrong experience within MedTech, Consumer Healthcare, Healthcare SMEs, FMCG, or other consumer-focused B2C environments /li liDemonstrated success in shortening development cycles, accelerating product launches, and improving speed-to-market /li liStrong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, financial modelling, portfolio management, and business case development /li liExperience leading complex cross-functional and international teams /li liFamiliarity with regulated industries and global product environments /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field /li liAdditional certifications in marketing strategy, market research, or pricing are a plus /li /ul h3Skills Leadership /h3 ul liStrategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities /li liConsumer-centric leader with deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics /li liProven ability to drive innovation acceleration and commercial excellence /li liStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills /li liExceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities /li liAbility to lead effectively in complex, matrixed global organizations /liliStrong communication and leadership skills /li liFluent English required; German is a plus /li /ul h3Other Details /h3 ul liFlexible working model (hybrid) /li liInternational travel required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr ph3About The Role /h3 pAs Senior Director, you will shape and execute the global portfolio and product strategy across the full consumer lifecycle.
