The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure system reliability and compliance, lead global LIMS initiatives, and build strong partnerships with laboratory, quality, and IT requirements /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions /liliImplement system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations to improve LIMS functionality, usability, and performance /liliConduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and validation activities for configurations, integrations, and system functionality /liliProtect, maintain, and govern the global LIMS core template and associated standards /liliChallenge the status quo by proposing standardized, scalable, and efficient solutions /lipbSystem integration and Operational support /b /pliEnsure seamless integration of LIMS with laboratory instruments, enterprise systems, and workflows across multiple global sites /liliProvide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS-related issues and operational incidents /liliEnsure system reliability, availability, performance, and data integrity through proactive monitoring and maintenance /liliAct as the primary escalation point for critical LIMS operational and technical issues /liliCoordinate disaster recovery readiness, business continuity planning, and risk mitigation activities related to LIMS services /lipbService Delivery Management /b /pliOwn end-to-end LIMS service delivery across all supported sites, ensuring high levels of system performance, availability, stability, and user satisfaction /liliMonitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and operational metrics for LIMS services /liliLead incident, problem, change, and release management activities /liliCoordinate release planning, deployment activities, and change control processes while minimizing operational disruption /liliDrive continuous service improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, support processes, system adoption, and user experience /liliEstablish and maintain governance frameworks, support models, operational procedures, and service documentation /liliConduct regular service reviews with business stakeholders, laboratory leadership, and IT management to review service performance, risks, priorities, and improvement opportunities /liliOversee third-party vendors, implementation partners, and support providers involved in LIMS delivery and support activities /lipbCompliance /b /pliEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FDA, GxP, ISO, and data integrity requirements /liliParticipate in and support computer system validation (CSV) activities to ensure LIMS compliance and audit readiness /liliMaintain accurate and complete documentation of configurations, customizations, integrations, processes, and validation records /liliEnsure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and organizational IT policies and standards /lipbLeadership Stakeholder Management /b /pliBuild, mentor, and lead the LIMS team by providing guidance, coaching, development opportunities, and technical leadership /liliFoster a collaborative, innovative, and service-oriented culture within the LIMS team /liliLead technical discussions and provide strategic recommendations for system improvements and operational enhancements /liliPartner effectively with laboratory operations, quality assurance, business leaders, vendors, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives /liliManage competing priorities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a global environment /lipbInnovation Continuous Improvement /b /pliStay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, regulatory expectations, and best practices related to LIMS, laboratory automation, and service delivery /liliIdentify opportunities for automation, standardization, optimization, and modernization within the LIMS ecosystem /liliContribute to the strategic roadmap for laboratory digitalization and IT transformation initiatives /libr/liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience in a similar role /liliHands-on experience with LIMS configuration, development, and administration in regulated environments /liliProven experience supporting global LIMS platforms across multiple laboratory sites /liliStrong understanding of laboratory workflows, analytical testing processes, and quality systems /liliExperience with SDLC and CSV /liliExperience with relational databases, system integrations, and interface troubleshooting /liliProven experience in IT service delivery or service ownership roles (incident, change, release, SLA management) /liliTrack record of delivering complex LIMS or IT projects in regulated environments /liliExperience leading technical teams in a global or multi-site environment /liliStrong knowledge of LIMS platforms and configuration principles /liliUnderstanding of ITIL-based service management processes /liliExperience with APIs, system integration, and data exchange mechanisms /liliStrong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities /liliExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset /liliAbility to manage global priorities in a regulated, fast-paced environment /liliStrong service ownership and continuous improvement mindset /li pThe Senior LIMS and Service Delivery manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development, administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) landscape across the organization.
