Portfolio development: Identify revenue potential within existing customer relationships and sustainably expand the customer portfolio. Project acquisition: Identify new project opportunities with existing customers and support them through to successful completion.
Customer consulting: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial customer inquiries. Interface management: Coordinate customer requirements with engineering, production, purchasing, and quality. Complaint handling: Support the handling of complaints together with internal departments.
Forecast planning: Actively contribute to sales planning, forecasts, and budgeting processes. Market analysis: Analyze market movements, identify relevant trends, and conduct regular customer meetings in the DACH region.
Requirements Completed training or degree in mechanical engineering, metal technology, mechatronics, nanotechnology, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in technical sales or key account management. Ability to understand, assess, and translate complex customer requirements into suitable solution approaches.
Experience in quotation calculation and in a project-oriented B2B environment. Ideally experience in semiconductors, coatings, medical technology, or precision manufacturing. Fluent in German and English (business proficiency). Willingness to attend regular customer meetings in the DACH region on a moderate basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
