Requirements
- Extensive experience in regional employment laws

- Managing multi‑country union or Works Council relationships across EMEA

- Hybrid internal/outsourced service delivery models
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop regional teams
- Successfully influence senior stakeholders
- Success in leading organizational transformations
- A valid Human Resources certification, such as CIPD or SHRM‑CP/SCP
