About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Catering Operations Specialist to manage and optimize their catering services from a remote location. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of catering operations, ensuring seamless service delivery for all events.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements to optimize catering workflow and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor junior operations staff remotely, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Ensure all catering operations adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations, event management, or a related field, with a significant portion in a senior or specialized role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex catering logistics and large-scale events.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
