About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architectural planning of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions and platforms.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools to determine suitability for our needs.

• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams on architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a strong specialization in blockchain technology and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Cosmos) and their ecosystems.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale DLT solutions.
• Expertise in cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and network security.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote setting.
