should have:Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Tax, Human Resources, or a related fieldExtensive experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, Expatriate Services, or a specialized Consulting environmentStrong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security matters, preferably trained as tax consultantExperience Managing complex cross-border workforces cenarios in a multinational environmentAbility to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders with confidence and credibilityStrong projectmanagement and vendor management capabilitiesSolution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiencesFluency in English and good German language skills
