What the job looks likeEach day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:Drive the evolution of our global mobility strategy, policies, and governance frameworkReview, optimize, and continuously enhance international assignment programs for short-term and long-term mobilityLead end-to-end mobility processes for international assignmentsand cross-border employment arrangementsAdvise senior leaders, HR business partners, and employees on international employment, mobility, tax, social security, and compliance mattersPartner closely with external tax, immigration, and social security experts across multiple jurisdictionsManage and develop strategic relationships with external mobility, tax, and relocation providersIdentify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and modernize mobility processes and policiesWhat you’ll bring to the tableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you

should have:Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Tax, Human Resources, or a related fieldExtensive experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, Expatriate Services, or a specialized Consulting environmentStrong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security matters, preferably trained as tax consultantExperience Managing complex cross-border workforces cenarios in a multinational environmentAbility to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders with confidence and credibilityStrong projectmanagement and vendor management capabilitiesSolution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiencesFluency in English and good German language skills
