Overview As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the Unity Catalog runtime enforcement efforts to secure and unify data access across Databricks compute, engines, and clouds. You’ll guide a cross-functional team, set scope and roadmaps, and shape multi-year initiatives that reduce incidents and improve operability. You’ll drive automation, mentor engineers, and coordinate complex programs with multiple groups. This role offers a meaningful impact on governance at scale and strengthens our customer-centric platform.
