As a Technical Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for EMEA (located in the region of Stuttgart), you connect exceptional SaaS and AI talent with a mission that truly matters.
With your experience in technical recruiting across regions and cultures, you attract top talent and enable sustainable growth for a global technology leader with strong roots in Germany. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across EMEA corporate functions for technical roles.
This includes requisition intake, role clarification, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting diverse talent pools, including direct sourcing of passive candidates. You coordinate & conduct interviews, lead offer, and manage contractual processes in line with business and legal requirements.
You proactively identify suitable talent across the entire EMEA region. You build and maintain strong talent pools and ensure fair, inclusive, and respectful communication throughout sourcing and interview processes. Your focus is hiring for Product and IT functions (all Levels).
