ppCAPITAL TRUSTEES AG – Regulated Trustee Company/Finma Licensed /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liIncrease the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community across LATAM with special focus on Brasil. /li liDevelopment of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets of LATAM and in particular Brasil. /li liSupport the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Brasil and LATAM. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualified lawyer in Brasil /li liBusiness experience of at least three years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI. /li liWorking experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices. /li liFamiliar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with real estate and shipping. /li liFamiliar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance. /li liFamiliar with wealth planning and inheritance consultancy for sportsman. /li liFluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and spoken /li liKnowledge of a fifth language is a plus /li liHaving authored peer-reviewed publications is a plus /li liTEP qualification is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
