Overview Real Chemistry is seeking an AI-Forward Technical Lead for ROOM42, our in-house production and AI-enabled design-to-code team.

What you’ll do Own end-to-end technical execution for ROOM42 deliverables — websites, microsites, interactive apps, conference kiosks and panel experiences, and real-world evidence platforms Write and review production-quality code across the full stack; maintain a target of 50% direct hands-on contribution alongside leadership responsibilities Architect solutions balancing speed-to-market with maintainability, security, and accessibility compliance Lead technical solutioning on new engagements — translate UX wireframes and creative briefs into clearly scoped builds Manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and deployment strategies Operate AI-augmented design-to-code pipelines; leverage AI code generation tools as daily build accelerators Define and document ROOM42’s AI-augmented build workflows for deliverable types Establish and maintain quality through AI-assisted QA, automated testing, and performance considerations Mentor and onboard ROOM42 developers; participate in client-facing conversations with technical credibility Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on development experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role Demonstrable full-stack proficiency with the ability to build, review, and unblock across layers Strong UX/UI sensitivity; ability to read Figma files and ensure design intent is preserved in implementation Experience with technical delivery including milestone tracking, risk communication, and deployment readiness Proficiency with AI code generation tools and design-to-code AI tooling QA automation experience: visual regression, accessibility automation, or AI-assisted test generation Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $215,000 – $235,000.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development across marketing websites, microsites, interactive apps, conference experiences, and data-driven digital tools in healthcare and pharma. Compensation is based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
