You will own our paid acquisition engine across channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, and emerging media), partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative to profitably acquire new consumers and support our broader brand and growth objectives. This is not a maintenance‑oriented role.

Partner with Product and Engineering to continually build and improve our paid acquisition capabilities in areas such as inventory marketing; server side integrations; conversion value modeling; ad and landing page personalization.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across key performance channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, affiliates/partnerships), managing budgets, bids, audiences, and creative testing to hit volume and efficiency goals.

Develop and maintain a robust experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate tests) covering both channel/platform level levers and online/offline experiential levers.

Build and manage forecast and performance models (e.g., CAC, LTV, payback, marginal ROI) to inform budget allocation, scenario planning, and trade‑off decisions across channels and campaigns. Use AI – beyond chat box or data analysis use cases – to automate workflows in paid acquisition to improve efficiency, consistency, and success probabilities.

Select, onboard, and manage external agencies and technology partners (e.g., bid management tools, tracking/attribution platforms) as needed; hold them accountable to clear performance, communication, and testing expectations.

Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews for paid acquisition, providing clear, insight‑rich readouts and recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure campaigns are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to consumer finance marketing.

Knowledge and Skills Deep expertise in paid acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong command of direct‑response principles, funnel optimization, and growth frameworks.

Advanced, hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Affiliate/Partnership channels, including fluency with supporting tools for conversion tracking, experimentation, and feed management.

Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to independently move from raw performance data to clear insights, recommendations, and financial impacts (e.g., CAC, LTV, incremental lift, breakeven/payback periods).

Strong experience using analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics / GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI) to explore data, build views, and translate performance insights into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and interpret statistically sound experiments (A/B tests, holdout tests, geo tests), and to translate findings into scalable playbooks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex performance data into clear narratives and executive‑ready presentations.

Strong presentation and executive communication experience, particularly in data‑driven, consulting‑style PowerPoint presentations. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and urgency in pursuing growth opportunities.

Strong business judgment, with the ability to balance growth, risk, unit economics, and long‑term customer value. Proven ability to influence without authority and to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of hands‑on experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing roles, with a track record of owning and growing multi‑channel media programs tied to clear revenue or application targets.

Direct experience managing significant media budgets and optimizing toward CAC, ROAS, or similar performance metrics in fast‑paced consumer environments. At least 3 years of experience leading other paid marketing/performance marketers.

Demonstrated experience owning acquisition workstreams end‑to‑end—from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and executive‑level readouts. Experience working directly with senior stakeholders (Director / VP level), including presenting performance results, trade‑offs, and recommendations.

Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, economics, engineering, statistics, or another quantitative/analytical field, or equivalent experience. Experience in auto finance, fintech, consumer lending, financial services, or other regulated consumer industries.

Experience scaling paid acquisition for high‑consideration consumer products or services with complex funnels (e.g., applications, approvals, appointments).

Exposure to or direct experience with: Audience strategy and segmentation for acquisition and retargeting Cross‑channel orchestration (e.g., search + social + display + email/sms nurture) Offer, pricing, or promotion testing within acquisition campaigns Affiliate, partner, or co‑marketing programs Targeted Compensation $170,000 - $200,000 base salary + an annual bonus plan.
