We are looking for a process‑oriented and numbers‑driven team player to take ownership of our group‑wide CAPEX. You will act as the financial architect of our global expansion, working at the intersection of Controlling, Retail, and Office Expansion teams.
With your proven experience in accounting and a high affinity for modern cloud‑based tools, you will take our CAPEX accounting to the next level. Responsibilities Financial Integrity PPE: Act as the subject matter expert for the lifecycle of all fixed assets.
This includes determining initial recognition, identifying subsequent expenditures that should be capitalized vs. expensed, and managing complex depreciation models and impairment testing. Financial Integrity IFRS 16: Lead the accounting for the global lease portfolio.
This involves ensuring the accurate calculation of Right‑of‑Use assets and lease liabilities, managing lease modifications (extensions, terminations, or rent concessions), and ensuring all disclosures meet the latest IFRS standards. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and remeasurements.
Global Connectivity: Act as the primary contact for all CAPEX‑related requests, bridging the gap between global standards and local needs. External Partner Management
