ph3Senior Lead - Legal Counsel, Intellectual Property Brand Protection /h3pOn is looking for a pragmatic, business-minded lawyer to join our Intellectual Property Team as Senior Lead, Intellectual Property Brand Protection Counsel.

You will thrive here if you can independently manage complex matters, anticipate issues before they escalat e, and provide clear, practical advice in a fast-moving global business. /ph3Your Mission /h3ulliAdvise global and regional teams on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including brand protection, anticounterfeiting, and enforcement. /liliLead global brand protection and anti-counterfeiting investigations and actions efficiently and aligned with business objectives. /liliDevelop and implement enforcement strategies. /liliPartner with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups, conduct trainings and raise IP awareness. /liliBuild scalable processes, playbooks, and guidelines and drive practical solutions that reflect both global priorities and regional requirements. /liliSupport strategic IP projects as needed. /li /ulh3Your story /h3ulliLaw degree and 7+ years of legal experience, including in‑house experience. /liliExperience at a global consumer-facing brand is preferred. /liliStrong commercial judgment, with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives. /liliExcellent negotiation, communication (Fluent English) and analytical skills. /liliAbility to provide clear, practical advice in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. /liliCollaborative style and strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders. /liliProcess-minded and curious, with a track record of improving how legal work gets done. /liliComfortable operating independently, prioritizing effectively and working across unfamiliar legal or business issues. /li /ulh3About the Team /h3pBeing part of the On Legal Team means working as an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented partner to the business.
