Overview We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Solution Consultant to join our dynamic Presales team and drive our sales efforts across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) .

You will work closely with Sales teams to understand customer requirements, map business needs to solution capabilities, and articulate the value of digital procurement transformation. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to develop winning deal strategies and drive successful outcomes.

Partner with internal teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the continuous enhancement of product capabilities and solution messaging. You\'ll help some of the world\'s leading enterprises modernize their procurement operations and unlock business value.

Global Exposure Work closely with international Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams while engaging with customers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other global markets. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with leading enterprise procurement software platforms and possess strong functional expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Transformation processes.

As a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, you will leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions, enterprise software demonstrations, and business process transformation to help organizations solve complex procurement challenges.

In this high-impact customer-facing role, you will drive deal success by delivering compelling product demonstrations, discovery workshops, executive presentations, and value-based solution discussions .

You will also play a key role in responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating tailored solution blueprints, and guiding customers through their evaluation journey.

Experience with enterprise procurement solutions such as Zycus, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP, Zip, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Basware, or similar Source-to-Pay platforms is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities Partner with enterprise customers across the DACH region to understand their procurement, sourcing, and business transformation objectives. Lead discovery workshops and consultative discussions to identify customer challenges, business requirements, and strategic priorities.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations showcasing how our solutions address customer needs. Translate complex business requirements into tailored solution recommendations and high-level solution architectures.

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping customers envision and achieve procurement transformation outcomes. Support RFP, RFI, and proposal responses by articulating solution capabilities, differentiators, and business value.

Build strong relationships with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executive stakeholders within prospective customer organizations. Conduct competitive positioning and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our Source-to-Pay platform.

Provide functional expertise in procurement processes, including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Spend Management. Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and best practices within the procurement technology landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Functional Consulting, Solution Architecture, Implementation Consulting, or other customer-facing roles within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.

Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Mandatory domain expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes , including one or more of the following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Strategic Sourcing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Spend Analysis Procurement Transformation Hands-on experience with at least one leading procurement platform such as: Zycus Coupa Ivalua GEP SMART SAP Ariba Oracle Procurement Cloud Basware Or other enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions Proven experience conducting customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, and enterprise software demonstrations.

Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into solution recommendations and business value propositions. Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and competitive evaluations. Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.

Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience selling or supporting AI-enabled procurement, spend management, or supply chain solutions. Previous experience working within global SaaS organizations.

Understanding of procurement transformation, digital transformation, and business process optimization initiatives. Experience with ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday. Knowledge of supplier risk management, ESG, supplier collaboration, or spend analytics solutions.

Exposure to solution architecture, value engineering, or business consulting methodologies. Experience working with multinational organizations across the DACH region. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
