Responsibilities Serve as both a strategic technology leader and hands‑on technical expert Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for Digital Experience projects Design and lead the implementation of complex digital solutions Establish and maintain architectural principles, patterns, and technical standards Define and operationalize the team's AI‑augmented development stack Lead and mentor senior developers and the broader development team Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural oversight Develop proof‑of‑concepts and technical prototypes for critical initiatives Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles Strong background in designing and implementing complex technical solutions for web applications Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, cloud platforms, and distributed systems Strong expertise in multiple technology stacks and development frameworks Experience with modern development practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing Proficiency in API design and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL) Experience in design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, conversational interfaces Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
