ppFor our technology team in Zurich, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer.

Our modern technology stack includes Java/Kotlin, Kafka, Spring Boot, and OpenShift (Docker). /p pWe are seeking a proactive and communicative individual who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and taking ownership from concept to delivery.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear your story and what motivates you. /p h3What would your role be? /h3 ul liDevelop internal applications and/or configure commercial off-the-shelf solutions (e.g., Atlassian Jira) to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. /li liTake ownership of new initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, requirements engineering, solution design, and system architecture, ensuring scalable and sustainable outcomes. /li liCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. /li liParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, processes, and standards. /li liCreate and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for software features, processes, and workflows to ensure transparency and usability. /li liAct as a trusted partner by troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring stable and reliable operations. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a completed software engineering apprenticeship. /li liSolid experience with Java/Kotlin and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. /li li5+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, showcasing your ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful results. /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts clearly. /li liKnowledge of Atlassian tools, particularly in configuring and operating Jira and/or willingness to develop such skills. /li liA growth mindset: You’re eager to learn, take responsibility, and continuously develop yourself. /li liGood communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable). /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liTop Zurich location with collaboration spaces (including rooftop terraces) and free lunch. /li liFriendly, diverse team in an open‑office space. /li liAll the latest technology to help you excel and advance. /li liAgile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each other. /li liFlat hierarchy with collaboration on all levels. /li liCampus feeling and collaborative spirit. /li /ul pWe are looking for talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes.
