Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices. Own pre‑sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations.
Manage and facilitate client workshops, translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
Ensure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases. Qualifications 8–10+ years experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Strong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting) with multiple end‑to‑end implementations delivered. Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions. High level of autonomy and accountability, includi
