Responsibilities Define, implement and maintain SAP project governance, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and standards.
Structure and manage project document control, ensuring organization, versioning, traceability and compliance of information. Ensure the quality of documentation produced throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Develop, monitor and present KPIs and executive dashboards related to project performance.
Consolidate schedule, scope, risks, costs, quality, capacity, changes and executive status information. Monitor compliance with governance processes by performing internal audits and proposing continuous improvement plans. Support Project Managers in applying management methodologies, controls and reporting.
Lead status, governance and executive committee meetings, producing minutes and recording action plans. Track and control project open items, risks, issues, decisions and changes. Participate in defining and evolving PMO processes, promoting standardization and continuous improvement.
Produce executive presentations for clients and senior leadership. Support implementation and adoption of project management and collaboration tools. Ensure projects comply with quality, compliance and corporate governance standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior PMO in SAP projects.
Experience with implementation (Greenfield), conversion (Brownfield), rollout and AMS projects. Demonstrated experience in Project Governance. Advanced knowledge of Process Management (BPM). Experience in Document Management and control of project artifacts. Strong experience defining and monitoring KPIs and executive-level indicators.
Experience in developing dashboards and management reports. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience creating schedules, action plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, communication plans and other management documents. Experience auditing processes, internal controls and continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational skills and written and verbal communication. Analytical, structured and results-oriented profile. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Experience with Power BI for building executive dashboards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Processes, Governance, Business Administration or related areas is a plus. Certifications (desired): SAP Activate Project Manager. Scrum Master (PSM I or CSM).
