Responsibilities Utilize internal data and tools, tap into industry relationships and leverage savvy networking skills to generate new sales leads Effectively communicate product value, features, and benefits unique to each buying scenario in a compelling manner Build trusting and productive relationships with key influencers, industry organizations, teammates and internal partners Build expertise in travel technology, landscape, overall market trends and Sabre’s product suite Synthesize information learned from customers to provide meaningful market insights to improve products, marketing, and sales efforts Represent company at industry events (travel 10-25% of time) Requirements Fundamental understanding of travel agencies and extensive knowledge of the travel market landscape including competitive information, key trends, strengths, opportunities, and threats. (preferred) Sales experience in the travel agency community with demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and growing revenue Above average analytical ability and a knack for using data to generate leads and identify opportunities Strong verbal and written communication skills that convey passion while also building credibility A can-do attitude that overcomes obstacles and fuels internal motivation to reach goals Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Nice To Have Skills: Familiarity with travel supplier distribution, and current trends, such as NDC Experience using Salesforce as a CRM, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Formal training in sales methodology, preferably Miller Heiman ATS Optimization Keywords Hard Skills sales experience analytical ability data generation sales methodology Miller Heiman travel technology market trends NDC Soft Skills communication skills networking skills relationship building analytical thinking problem-solving motivation credibility passion Industry Keywords travel agencies travel market landscape competitive information key trends sales goals revenue growth travel supplier distribution Tools & Technologies Salesforce Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint Word #J-18808-Ljbffr
