Conduct engaging onboarding and ramp courses and follow up workshops, for ICS and leadership emphasizing interaction and understanding with a focus on reducing new hire ramp time. Partner with curriculum sales enablement managers to ensure core content is addressed in ramp program.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales leadership. Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Demonstrated experience working for a global organization, collaborating with colleagues in multiple time zones. Unlimited vacation (and yes we use it!). 401k with 3% guaranteed contribution.
Compensation: Competitive salary range $134,000 - $190,000 USD per year. Equity stake and performance-based pay included.
