We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager (Expansion) to join our Revenue Operations function, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations. In this pivotal role, you will shape Maltego’s data, processes, tooling, strategy, and enablement initiatives to significantly increase our existing business.
You will focus on building scalable, automated processes to support our client database expansion, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at every stage of the lifecycle.
What to expect Design and implement scalable operational frameworks supporting the full customer lifecycle, including health scoring, lifecycle stage models, and engagement playbooks.
Own and optimize the revenue operations tech stack supporting Customer Success and expansion motions, including Salesforce, Planhat/Gainsights, CPQ, sales engagement, enrichment, and analytics tools.
Build and maintain scalable product catalogs, pricing structures, and Salesforce price books, supporting efficient quoting, renewals, and expansion deals. Manage and improve quote-to-cash workflows, including CPQ configuration, approval frameworks, and renewal automation.
Build and maintain revenue data models and reporting infrastructure, turning complex operational datasets into actionable insights on ARR, retention, expansion, and customer health. Develop customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive models to identify retention risks and expansion opportunities.
Architect integrations and automation workflows across the revenue tech stack to ensure data consistency and operational scalability. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth.
Lead the operational implementation of customer success platform initiatives, including Planhat/Gainsights integrations, UI configuration, and lifecycle automation.
Your profile in short 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or Revenue Ops in a B2B SaaS or tech business Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and lifecycle stages from lead through retention and expansion Experience with revenue and Customer Success systems (CPQ/billing, Planhat/Gainsight, and automation tools like Clay or n8n) is a strong plus.
Confident with Salesforce.com and sales analytics - comfortable working with large datasets, building models, and translating data into insights (e.g., Planhat, Metabase, Snowflake) Structured, detail-oriented thinker with a strong inclination for process improvement and scalability.
