Analyse requirements from the customer, bring in your own ideas and support our Business Analyst to create proper specifications for new features. Monitor and maintain our products within the first period after going live. Act as first point of contact for our new customers and ensure the knowledge transfer.
Interact as subject matter expert with Client, Support and Development. Support our sales activities with your expertise. Qualifications Higher education in informatics / business informatics or equivalent. 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant. Project management experience.
Strong knowledge of the whole SDLC/DevOps and the involved roles. Hands‑on knowhow with script languages and system administration tasks. Agile mindset, strong communication skills and proactive attitude. Fluent in English, German is a plus. Willingness to travel (20%).
