Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and successful handover to our customers.
- Ensure project success by maintaining the highest quality standards while managing schedule and budget.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration.
- Proactively manage risks, lead change processes, and ensure claims are handled professionally.
- Inspire and guide cross-functional project teams.
- Stay on top of project progress, turn challenges into opportunities, and deliver clear and impactful decision-making insights.
Requirements
- A degree in Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a comparable role, with proven success in delivering results.
- Strong expertise in project planning, change and claim management, risk assessment, and project controlling.
- A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Flexibility, determination, and a positive attitude that motivates others.
- Fluent German & English, both written and spoken.
