What we look for: You lead complex AI delivery programs and ensure alignment across business, platform, and governance layers. You lead cross-functional planning across engineering, business, security, legal, and adoption stakeholders. You drive milestone clarity, dependency management, and rollout readiness.

You act as a quality gate for execution and resolve blockers proactively. You ensure alignment between delivery progress, business value, and adoption. What we require: You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

You have 4–6 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex implementation environments. You have a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs. You can influence senior stakeholders and align different functions. You bring strong facilitation and prioritization skills.

You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus. Your hard work pays off!
