Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the product roadmap across trading, platform services, payments, and yield products Translate MiCAR requirements into scalable product features, controls, and disclosures Oversee trading systems including execution flows, pricing, and liquidity integrations Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams Conduct competitor analysis and build business cases to support strategic decisions Define and track KPIs across conversion, trading activity, revenue, and retention Drive continuous optimisation through data analysis and experimentation Manage key external partners including liquidity providers, custodians, and fiat on/off‑ramp providers Requirements 4+ years of product management experience Proven track record building or scaling trading platforms, brokerages, or similar fintech products Strong understanding of market structure, execution, liquidity, and pricing models Experience operating in regulated environments (MiCAR or equivalent frameworks) High level of technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and platform architecture Strong commercial acumen with data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving skills Preferred Based in Vienna, Austria or willing to relocate Experience across both crypto and traditional financial services (e.g. equities, FX) Familiarity with MiCAR‑specific implications and business continuity management Experience with KYC/AML processes and tooling Track record launching or scaling products across European markets #J-18808-Ljbffr Ranked among the top 10 exchanges globally, they operate one of the most comprehensive digital asset platforms available — offering spot, margin, and futures trading across more than 1,000 listed tokens, alongside payment solutions, yield products, and institutional services.

As they expand their regulated operations in Europe under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), our client is building out a dedicated EU entity and seeking experienced fintech professionals to lead the charge.

The Opportunity Our client is hiring a hands‑on Product Manager to scale their crypto platform within the MiCAR regulatory framework, based in Vienna, Austria.

This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of trading infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and customer experience — ideal for a product professional who thrives in fast‑moving, regulated fintech environments.

You will define and execute product strategy across trading, onboarding, and core platform capabilities, balancing growth, performance, and regulatory requirements in an evolving market.
