Address multi-dimensional organizational constraints by building flexible, business-aligned processes. Serve as the strategic lead for all R&D people initiatives, operating with autonomy to the CTO.
Drive direction across Finance, Talent, and Operations to ensure the R&D infrastructure is built for scale. Requirements 12+ years with a significant portion spent building or transforming R&D organizations in high-growth tech.
Comfortable sitting at the table with the CTO and C-Suite, providing strategic insights that shape organizational thinking. Excel when there is no playbook, turning vague business goals into concrete, scalable people processes.
