About This Role: iRhythm is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support assigned business groups within our Global Business Operations organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Senior Operations leaders and HR leadership to shape and execute enterprise people strategies.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to drive transformation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, lead workforce and talent planning, all while navigating change, to operate at scale. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

This is a remote position with approximately 20–30% travel within the United States (primarily San Francisco, CA; Deerfield, IL; and Houston, TX). What You Will Do: Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across Business Operations, aligning people strategies with business priorities.

Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that enable business growth and scalability. Provide data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making across talent, engagement, retention, and organizational health.

Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness, and Change Lead and execute large‑scale change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts; often driven by innovative AI and technology‑driven solutions.

Consultative, thought partner to leaders in designing and recommending organizational models, influencing external best practices on spans, layers, functional and matrix operating models, to maximize cross‑functional collaboration and performance.

Assess organizational health using workforce data, employee feedback, and business metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strategic Workforce & Talent Planning Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups.

Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring rigorous assessment and follow‑through for critical and high‑potential talent. Coach leaders on talent and development planning and leadership effectiveness. Partner with leaders to design targeted development plans and build strong leadership pipelines.

Drive alignment to iRhythm’s culture and values during periods of growth and change. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver and reinforce enterprise programs. Partner with Total Rewards to advise on compensation and incentive strategies aligned to market, business priorities, and internal equity.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to support critical hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategy. Proactively identify and mitigate organizational and people‑related risks.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience , including proven success in leading change initiatives, org design, and strategic workforce and talent planning. Experience supporting large‑scale clients (500+ employees) up to VP level; in an HR or organization with a mature COE HR Operating model required.

Experience supporting hourly California‑based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred. Business Acumen : Demonstrated business acumen; ability to translate 1–3 year business plans into workforce strategy.

Leadership & Impact : Operates as a strategic, thought partner, initiating ideas and recommendations that will have broad impact across the business. Consulting & Influence : Proven ability to influence Director/VP leaders, push back constructively, and operate as a strategic advisor in complex environments.

Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen and ability to navigate competing priorities. Experience working in high‑growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Additional Information Remote role (U.S. based). 20–30% domestic travel required (primarily San Francisco, CA; Deerfield, IL; and Houston, TX).

Location: Remote - US Actual compensation may vary depending on job‑related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Estimated Pay Range $138,000.00 - $180,000.00 iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
