SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER Life Science (m/f/d) Your field of activity Production Responsibility: Operational management of production and ensuring efficient, stable, and quality-compliant processes. Production Setup & Scaling: Planning and implementing new production lines and areas, as well as further developing existing production structures.

Cleanroom Production: Ensuring compliance with cleanroom, quality, and process standards in close coordination with Quality Assurance and Engineering. Process Optimization: Analyzing, developing, and standardizing production processes, including KPI monitoring and deriving necessary actions.

Your profile Education: Degree in Engineering, Production or Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field. Experience: Several years of professional experience in operations or production management, ideally in setting up or scaling production structures.

Expertise: Solid knowledge of production planning, process management, and quality/production standards. Languages: Proficient in both German and English. Experience in cleanroom environments or regulated industries (e.g., Life Science, Pharma, Automotive). Experience in implementing standardized production processes.
