Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day! We are seeking a senior, hands‑on Technical Operations Lead to serve as the primary technical authority for Magnite platforms across India.

This role will anchor our Technical Operations presence in‑market, ensuring that integrations, optimisation and platform strategy are executed to the highest standard while aligned with broader JAPAC and global objectives.

Sitting at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and client leadership, this individual will architect, standardise, and scale best practices across integrations, supply optimisation, performance management, and technical troubleshooting.

This is a high‑impact role requiring both deep solutions engineering capability and strong business acumen.

The successful candidate will be a credible technical leader in the India market - able to guide publishers, broadcasters, streaming partners, and agencies on optimal technical design and monetisation strategy, while ensuring consistency with regional standards and long‑term platform integrity.

In this role you will: Operate as the lead technical voice in‑market, setting the standard for how Magnite solutions are designed, implemented, and optimised Bring clarity and high‑impact solutions to complex client situations, making sound technical and commercial judgements under pressure, while upholding platform integrity while enabling sustainable growth Guide stakeholders toward decisions that serve both client success and long‑term operational excellence Serve as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues Lead end‑to‑end partner integrations across SpringServe, and emerging solutions, but also have a broad understanding of the DV+ and DM solutions Drive onboarding, QA, and launch processes.

Magnite’s hybrid schedule includes two days worked remotely (Monday and Friday) and three days on‑site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
