Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail analytics, category management, space planning, shelf analytics, or related commercial analytics roles Experience leading direct reports and developing high-performing teams Experience leveraging store-level and shelf-related datasets to identify actionable opportunities Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence both internal stakeholders and external retailer partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr Responsibilities Leverage the company’s shelf analytics and category intelligence platforms to measure shelf productivity at the store level and identify opportunities to improve shelf conditions.
Analyze shelf flow, brand blocks, facings, strike zone placement, and shelf availability to optimize merchandising performance. Partner closely with Shopper Insights to incorporate gold standard shelf principles into recommendations and execution strategies.
Serve as the subject matter expert on shelf and space initiatives, advising internal stakeholders and retailer partners on opportunities, execution, and best practices. Measure planogram execution compliance by comparing actual shelf conditions to assigned planograms and identifying execution gaps at the store level.
Identify must-carry and distribution opportunities by store, region, and market to support growth and stronger retail execution.
