We collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds to win with the best team in the market place. ph3Senior Manager Product Quality (m/f/d) /h3 pbHelp shape how quality is engineered into products used by millions of people worldwide. /b /p pAt Sonova, we’re looking for an experienced quality leader to own and evolve our global Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) framework, ensuring the product characteristics most critical to customer satisfaction, reliability, safety and regulatory compliance are embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle. /p pWorking across RD, Manufacturing, Operations, Supplier Quality and Service, you will establish global quality governance, drive end-to-end traceability and help shape how innovative hearing solutions are developed over the full product lifecycle. /p pIf you enjoy building frameworks, train people, working together with other stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment, we would love to hear from you. /p pbMore about the role /b /p ul liOwn and continuously evolve Sonova's global Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) framework, ensuring its implementation and effectiveness across the entire product lifecycle. /li liEstablish and drive global CtQ governance, standards and best practices across product development, manufacturing and service. /li liLead cross-functional CtQ reviews, aligning RD, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Service around critical quality goals. /li liEnsure end-to-end traceability of Critical-to-Quality attributes from design to manufacturing and service. /li liIntegrate CtQ into key quality processes, including Design-, Process-, Service FMEA and Safety Risk Management. /li liEnsure field performance, reliability and customer insights will feed back to CtQs to continuously improve product quality and future product generations. /li liDrive continuous improvement of CtQ methodologies, tools and KPIs. /li liTrain stakeholders on how to apply CtQ principles. /li /ul pbMore about you /b /p ul liA degree in Engineering, Quality, Science or another technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience. /li liExtensive experience in Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing or Operational Excellence within a highly regulated industry, ideally Medical Devices, Aerospace or Automotive. /li liHands‑on experience leading the practical application of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and lean initiatives to improve overall product quality. /li liStrong knowledge of Quality Management System setup g.
