bJob Description /bbHead of Product Strategy Product Support – Low Power GNSS /bbr/The Head of Product Strategy and Product Support leads a cross-functional team of Product Managers (PM), Application Engineers (AE), and Marketing Communication professionals within the Standard Precision and Low Power GNSS Business Unit (SPL).br/This role combines strategic and operational responsibility for the SPL product portfolio, with a specific focus on low power GNSS solutions, covering product strategy, lifecycle management, business development, and second-level customer support.br/As the key interface between business strategy, technology, and customer-facing functions, this role ensures SPL products are competitive, aligned with market needs, well-positioned, and effectively supported in the field.
The role requires strong technical depth to bridge customer use cases and internal RD execution.br/br/bYour Responsibilities /bbr/bStrategic Planning Product Leadership /bliOwn the product line strategy, with emphasis on blow power GNSS applications and market segments /b /liliDefine long-term product vision aligned with business growth targets, competitive positioning, and evolving GNSS market trends /liliOversee product business plans across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and profitability targets /liliEvaluate customer feedback, ecosystem dynamics, and technology evolution to identify portfolio gaps and innovation opportunities /li bProduct Lifecycle Cross-Functional Execution /b liLead the definition, translation, and prioritization of product requirements based on customer needs /lilibTranslate customer requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for RD teams /b /liliCollaborate closely with Engineering to ensure feasibility, differentiation, and time-to-market alignment /liliGuide go-to-market strategies including launch plans, marketing collateral, evaluation kits, reference designs, drivers, demonstrators, and pricing frameworks /liliEnsure product documentation and positioning remain accurate and compelling throughout the lifecycle /li bSales Customer Engagement /b liLead the Application Engineering team to deliver effective support across pre-sales, design-in, and post-launch phases (nice to have) /liliPartner with Sales and Key Account Managers to drive major opportunities and competitive positioning /lilibActively engage with customers /b, building strong relationships and gathering deep insights to validate product-market fit /liliEnsure structured tracking and management of customer interactions using bSalesforce /b /liliEquip sales teams with up-to-date training, competitive “fighting guides,” and product messaging /liliAct as escalation point for critical customer issues (e.g.
